Before installing the positive pressure air duct, remember to inspect the components such as the external diffusion air duct, core tube, and support frame. If deformation, gaps, and other problems are found, they should be repaired, corrected, or replaced. If the external diffusion air duct is not a whole, the required height of the cushion block should be calculated based on the axis of the centrifugal fan body. The cushion block should be placed under the rubber support of the air duct for ground leveling, and aligned according to the installation screen alignment line.
Installation of air duct anti wind equipment
1. Installation of intake valve
According to the axis of the air duct and the design elevation point, level and align the two sets of intake valves on the ground. First, install the support beam for the intake valve. While leveling and aligning the ground of the support beam, fix it firmly on both sides with diagonal pads. Then, weld the folding and locking pins of the tunnel air duct by electric welding. After ensuring that the intake valve is intact and in place, install all the anti ventilation sleeve rubber plates around the intake valve.
2. Installation of intake valve lifting winch
When using the reverse air duct for reverse air flow, it is necessary to install the intake valve small winch. The small winch should be installed according to the design elevation and position dimensions specified in the design drawing. The tunnel air duct should be re grouted with the guiding pulley seat of the air door beam and small winch. After maintenance, the steel rope used to open and close the intake valve should be coiled on the rolling drum.
Installation of air duct notes.
1. Refer to the dimensions and positions on the design drawings to install the protective covers for the streamlined body cover, air collector, and coupling separately.
2. Installation of telemetry thermometer.
Each axial flow fan is equipped with a temperature gauge that senses the starting point of each roller bearing. The fan-shaped observation mirror of the thermometer is installed above the driver's seat, and the temperature sensor tube of the thermometer is installed in the external threaded hole of the bearing cover with a seat.
3. Installation of U-shaped tube air pressure gauge.
