The factors that affect the comprehensive operation rate of automation equipment mainly include the following six factors:
1. Equipment failure losses
This is the time loss caused by sudden or chronic malfunctions, as well as the direct loss resulting from a decrease in total production due to time loss.
2. Equipment production adjustment losses (or unplanned time losses)
This is a loss accompanied by unplanned production changes and shutdowns, which is a time loss beyond the production adjustment time specified in the design.
3. Equipment sudden stop and idle loss
The sudden stop of equipment is different from a malfunction, and the loss of state caused by temporary reasons is called sudden stop loss. To reduce equipment sudden stops, it is necessary to analyze various phenomena well and thoroughly eliminate small defects, in order to achieve the goal of zero sudden stops. Especially in the implementation of unmanned equipment, a sudden stop to zero is a necessary condition.
4. Speed loss
It is the loss of equipment that has not reached the design speed and actual design production capacity.
5. Loss from repairing defective products
The production loss caused by the need for repair due to the occurrence of substandard products is called substandard product repair loss.
6. Equipment start-up losses
It is the loss that occurs at the beginning of the production operation, that is, the loss during the period from the beginning of the operation to the precise production of the product.
