Automation equipment plays a tool role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency and quality. It cannot be separated from these basic manufacturing elements. Generally speaking, the hard indicators of non-standard equipment refer to CQETS, including quality, production efficiency, cost, delivery time, and factory standards.

When importing and designing manufacturing equipment, the following five aspects should be grasped in sequence:
First: Quality
Second place: Efficiency
Third place: Cost
Fourth place: Delivery time
Fifth place: Standard
1, Quality includes two aspects, on the one hand, the equipment failure rate should be low. On the other hand, the yield of manufactured products should be high.
2, Production efficiency: refers to the output of equipment, which can generally be calculated on a daily, monthly, or annual basis, depending on the continuous production time of the product.
3, Cost: refers to the manufacturing cost of equipment, installation and commissioning expenses, and other equipment maintenance expenses.
4, Delivery time: refers to the cycle time from the customer paying the deposit to delivering the product to the customer for mass production.
5, Standards: Generally, medium-sized or large enterprises have their own equipment acceptance standards, such as safety standards, electrical specification standards, error prevention, equipment visualization, user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing equipment operation, and maximum manpower savings.
