Function Description

The main components of the protective board production line include material feeding rack, material feeding leveling machine, four column hydraulic press, shear forming integrated mold, finished product output roller, electric control cabinet, etc.

 

1) Shear forming integrated mold: cut first and then form.

(2) Finished product output roller: With a protective plate output function, the formed finished product is output through a roller type transmission mechanism to maintain continuous production.

(3) Electric control cabinet: With a color touch screen and operation interface, it can display equipment operation status, product counting, fault diagnosis and other parameters.

(4) The control program has device self diagnosis and safety protection functions.

(5) One click start; The control cabinet has overload and phase loss protection functions; Set an emergency stop button to ensure that the equipment stops in case of an emergency.

(6) The device operation interface is user-friendly, easy to operate and master. The specifications of the protective plate can be adjusted and edited, and all production data settings are convenient and fast. All accessories of the operating system and CNC servo system should be able to meet the needs of the protective board. The control panel should have two options: manual and automatic.
