2. Raw material feeding tray. Equipped with a tail end protection device, equipped with pressure bearings to work with the traction machine.

 

3. The traction machine is equipped with a 3KW motor, which works in conjunction with a frequency converter and encoder to accurately control the cage position.

 

4. Cage forming machine, equipped with an 11KW hydraulic pump station, converts anchor cables into cage shapes through hydraulic pressure.

 

5. The anchor cutting machine is powered by a 3KW motor, which is driven by hydraulic pressure to move up and down, realizing the cutting process. It is precisely controlled by PLC, and the cutting piece rises immediately after cutting through, reducing ineffective cutting time and improving work efficiency.

 

6. A vacuum hood is installed above the cutting host to effectively reduce the temperature and dust inside the host cabinet.

 

7. Finished product conveyor frame, the length of the anchor cable is precisely controlled by a proximity switch when the finished product is in place. The fixed length plate is fixed on the conveyor frame by a 500KG strong magnet, which can quickly adjust the length of the finished product.

 

8. There is a chain conveyor on the finished product conveyor, which can achieve non-stop bundling operation and improve work efficiency.

 

9. The finished product silo is composed of four independent chain silos, which facilitate various lengths of anchor cable bundling operations.

 

10. Electric control cabinet, equipped with a remote control, can be remotely operated to start and stop, making operation convenient.
