
1. The production line is approximately 10m long, 3.6m wide, and covers an area of approximately 36m2. (Excluding reducing and rolling machines)
2. Work output: Approximately 1800 pieces per 8 hours (determined by the status of the reducing and rolling machines).
3. The rated total power of the production line is about 6KW, and the working voltage is 380V.
4. It can process anchor rods of 1.6-3 meters, and the reduction and rolling lengths are determined by the on-site reduction and rolling machines.
5. Personnel arrangement: Each set can be arranged with 4 people. The process includes: 1 person loading materials by crane, 1 person operating equipment, troubleshooting, 2 people putting on hats, bundling and storing.
Basic parameters and structure of the reducing machine:
1. Body: The body is welded into a frame with channel steel, and then welded together with steel plates to form an oil tank at one end, while the other end is used to install the electrical control box and hydraulic part. The upper cover of the frame is welded together with the middle plate to form the body.
2. Clamping box: The clamping box is located on one end of the electric control box of the machine body, and is equipped with a hydraulic oil cylinder and a clamping device sleeve. The tension of the hydraulic oil cylinder is used to clamp the anchor rod raw material, and the thrust is released.
3. Feed box: The feed box is located on the cover of one end of the oil tank of the machine body, which is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder. The front end of the cylinder is equipped with a hard alloy mold, and an automatic powder adding device is installed above the front of the mold, which is filled with lubricant.
4. Guide shaft: There are two parallel guide shafts between the clamping box and the feed box. The hard alloy mold at the front end of the feed box oil cylinder is supported by the guide sleeve, and the oil cylinder is pushed forward and pulled back to complete the reduction.
5. Hydraulic: This hydraulic system drives the gear pump through the control valve and other parts driven by the electric motor to control the two oil cylinders. One is used to control the clamping device to complete the clamping and releasing actions, and the other is used to push the hard alloy mold and pull out the hard alloy mold to complete the reduction.
6. Electric control box: Electric control is the command center of the entire machine, using advanced PLC technology to input various instructions into the electronic control (computer). Accuse the hydraulic part of clamping the workpiece, pushing for reduction, exiting the mold, and releasing the workpiece (and adding lubricant during reduction on time). This series of actions is completed - complete the shrinking process
