Introduction to use:
Place the strip steel plate (note: ensure the flatness of the strip steel plate) in the storage area; Using a cylinder to lift the sheet metal and place it on the automatic feeding line, the feeding system operates. The rear cylinder is used to press and hold the strip shaped steel plate forward, and the forming machine cuts and presses it into shape. The forming tray is pushed out by the automatic feeding machine, and then sent to one end of the conveyor belt for manual stacking. At this point, all actions are completed. Repeat the action of the feeding system, place the next steel plate on the feeding line, and the feeding system begins the next feeding cycle.
Main component functional description
1. Composition of sheet metal feeding rack
sheet metal feeding rack, cylinder clamping and centering device, and motion servo motor conveying mechanism. When the strip is placed on the conveying and feeding rack, the strip conveying system starts to move, and the servo conveying mechanism moves forward until the strip enters the clamp. The clamping cylinder clamps the strip and stacks it through the cylinder. By using a motion servo motor conveying mechanism, the strip board is transported to a certain position. After the proximity switch detects the strip board, the length is calculated. The strip board is automatically transported to the punching machine for cutting, punching, and forming molds. At this time, the punching machine begins to work, completing the cutting, punching, and stretching of the strip board in one go.
2. Mold
The forming mold includes a support component, a forming component, and a cutting component. The supporting component includes a first support plate, a lifting member, and a second support plate. The lifting member is installed at the upper part of the first support plate, and the second support plate is installed at the output end of the lifting member. The forming component includes a concave mold, a convex mold, a first positioning pin, and a second positioning pin. The side of the concave mold adjacent to the first support plate has a first gap, and the side of the concave mold adjacent to the second support plate has a second gap. The cutting component includes a shell, a driving member, a cutting blade, and a pressing part. The side of the shell adjacent to the concave mold has a third gap. This new type of anchor rod tray mold facilitates the removal of the concave mold through the fit of the first notch and a certain position pin, the removal of the convex mold through the fit of the second notch and the second positioning pin, and the removal of the cutting knife through the third notch.
3. Pneumatic clamping and feeding system
The strip board is transported to the feeding rack through the raw material rack, and the strip board is clamped by the rear cylinder and controlled by a servo motor to be transported to the position of the hydraulic forming machine. The last piece of raw material needs to be manually placed in the hydraulic forming machine.
4. Hydraulic forming machine
