1. Structure of anchor tray hydraulic press
The main crossbeam of the anchor rod tray hydraulic press is welded from high-quality steel plates, with a sturdy and heavy appearance, and has undergone tempering treatment, with high strength and not easily deformed. The column has undergone intermediate frequency quenching and hard chromium plating treatment, with high surface hardness and less prone to damage. The steel plates on the upper surface of the workbench and the lower surface of the sliding beam are thickened to resist the impact and oscillation of the cutting moment of the material plate. The hydraulic system adopts a dual motor configuration, and with the cooperation of three sets of fast stroke filling valves, it has fast pressurization, fast stroke speed, and high production efficiency. Servo systems can also be selected according to customer requirements to achieve energy-saving and noise reduction goals.
2. Forming mold for anchor rod tray
The mold is made of high-quality alloy steel, with high precision, accurate positioning, easy assembly, equipped with a buffer device, resistant to high pressure impact, and long service life. Equipped with a pneumatic pushing device, it can automatically push the finished product out of the mold working area. Finished product collection devices can also be configured as needed.
