The production line is designed with a one to two (i.e. one cutting system and two rod processing systems) layout, which is formed by combining electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation control systems. The optimal design solution can be provided according to the different needs of customers.
This production line has achieved an automatic production mode for anchor rods, which includes automatic loading of raw materials, automatic material distribution, automatic transmission, cutting of straight ends, cutting of inclined ends, automatic peeling, extrusion and diameter reduction, automatic marking, wire rolling, automatic capping, and manual bundling. This mode of production compensates for the separation of various links in traditional anchor rod production, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency and product quality.
Main technical parameters of the production line:
1. The production line is approximately 33m long and 20m wide.
2. Power parameters: Working voltage 380V.
3. Production product specifications: diameter φ Anchor rods ranging from 1.6 to 3 meters.
4. Work output: Approximately 4000 pieces per shift every 8 hours.
5. The rated total power of the anchor rod production line is about 105KW (including peeling machine, reducing machine, and rolling machine)
6. Personnel arrangement: 5 people can be arranged. The process is: one person drives the crane to load materials and operates the raw material loading rack; Two people operate the rod body processing system equipment to handle faults; Two people bundle and store the goods.
