Composition of production line software and hardware
(1) Hardware part
Electrical control cabinet: The core control part of the system, equipped with main control components, and all parameters can be set through the touch screen above.
Sensors: This system uses three proximity switches to sense the operating position and operating results, so they must be installed as required to ensure that the sensors work properly.
Feeding device: The reducer is driven by an electric motor and the pressure wheel rotates through gears.
Cutting machine: used for cutting anchor cables, with a power of 4KW.
(2) Software section
This system is controlled by a touch screen PLC, which then controls the motor and various solenoid valves to complete the transportation of anchor cables. Feedback provided by sensors for real-time monitoring.
Equipment working principle:
The crane/forklift places the coiled raw materials into the wire reel → manually thread the anchor cable head into the corresponding pressure roller according to the diameter of the raw materials → use a wrench to tighten the bolts on both sides above the pressure roller to the appropriate position (the pressure roller can drive the anchor cable, too tight will accelerate the wear of the pressure roller) → start the equipment → send the anchor cable forward → continue to send it out along the guide groove below the cutting machine → reach the fixed length, the sensor sends a signal → the pressure roller drives the motor to stop → the cutting machine starts to cut down → the cutting current is sensed by the current transmitter, and a signal is sent out after cutting → the cutting machine resets and stops → the pneumatic drive unloading device unloads → the finished anchor cable falls down and the unloading device resets → the equipment continues to operate repeatedly.
