1, Main component composition

The production line consists of a wire reel, a driving traction device, a cutting device, an external vacuum cooling system, a fixed length device, an air compressor, an electrical control cabinet, a finished product conveying and feeding rack, a vortex tube device, an oil-water separator device, and a finished product stacking device.

 

1. Production line configuration

(1) This production line adopts a new type of fully digital control technology, controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which can achieve automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic unloading and counting. At the same time, preset, cut quantity and historical cut quantity are displayed through text, and a control cabinet is set up.

(2) By transmitting signals through photoelectric switches, the cutting tolerance is small. The positioning of the electromagnet is convenient and simple.

(3) Designed a feeding guide port for easier and more convenient threading.

(4) Equipped with automatic unloading function, it can automatically place the cut anchor line onto the aggregate rack (the aggregate rack requires manual bundling for convenience).

(5) Fast feeding speed, uninterrupted and continuous feeding. It can be manually, automatically, and remotely controlled to start and stop various working modes.

(6) Equipped with an external vacuum cooling system, the dust generated during processing is collected by the system, vibrated multiple times, and then stored in the warehouse. The main machine is cooled and cooled to prevent fire hazards or damage to parts caused by long-term closed cutting. The smoke and dust removal efficiency reaches over 90%.

(8) Equipped with pneumatic material storage device. The cut anchor cables are transported by chains and fall into the sheet material silo. When the finished material silo reaches the predetermined quantity, the chain transmission can be automatically stopped, making it convenient for operators to bundle and lift the equipment. During this period, the equipment still performs cutting operations and temporarily stores the finished anchor cables above the chain. After the bundling and lifting operation is completed, the chain runs and temporarily stores the anchor cables to fall into the finished material silo, achieving non-stop production.

(8) Equipped with a tool cabinet, air compressor, and some spare parts.

(9) Equipped with specialized steel strip scissors for steel strand packaging.

(10) The motor meets the latest standard for second level energy efficiency, and the equipment noise should be less than 85 decibels.

(11) Install vortex tube device and oil-water separator device, and transmit cold air through the air pipe to cool the motor body, extending the service life of the equipment.

(12) Equipped with a finished product alignment device, it can automatically align the cut anchor cables.
