1. Cutting line
1.1 Fully automatic feeding and aggregate system: composed of a feeding device, a stepper feeding device, an automatic feeding device, a hydraulic system, a servo system, a PLC electrical control system, etc; Using continuous feeding, ten pieces are grouped together; The host architecture is made of a 60 × 100 × 5mm square tube structure, with continuous welding processing at the connection points. The reinforcing ribs are arranged reasonably according to the structural situation, with a load-bearing capacity of no less than 7000Kg and a length of 11m. It can stack whole bundles of raw materials. After manually unpacking the raw materials, they are transported in an orderly manner to the stepper feeding device, ensuring that each conveying is a smooth feeding of a single material and a stable operation of the next process; The automatic feeding device automatically stacks the material in sequence from the outside to the inside according to the position of the aggregate tank. After stacking to the set quantity, the translational conveying device automatically transports the raw materials to the next process, and the translational swinging arm conveying and feeding positioning are accurate. The system has functions such as manual/automatic free switching, emergency stop, etc. The protection device is clearly labeled, and the operating speed of the system meets the demand for the next step. The overall maintenance of the machine is convenient.
1.2 Hydraulic cutting system (including cutting fixed length): The required steel bar length is set on the operation panel according to the process requirements. The conveyor automatically transports the set length to the fixed length device for cutting. The cutting fixed length equipment has a material splitting function. Smooth cutting, no jumping phenomenon of raw materials, the size after cutting meets the production needs, and the fracture surface is flat without burrs. The cutting tool has four edges and can continue to be used in the direction of rotation after wear. Product error: ± 5mm, scrap rate ≤ 2 ‰. The cutting frequency of the cutting machine is ≥ 32 times/minute.
2. Rod body processing line
2.1 Translational shrinking and rolling conveying system: Using a hydraulic top feeding device, it mainly completes the automatic transmission and positioning functions of workpiece diameter reduction, wire rolling, and front and rear workstations. The workstations are chain conveyor, effectively reducing noise during the conveying process. The length of the chain conveyor frame can be adjusted according to the length of the workpiece, and the positioning method is cantilever end adjustable positioning to improve conveying efficiency; Cantilever positioning and chain conveyor frame length adjustment method: The main structure is made of 60 × 100 × 5mm square tube steel structure, and the connection is processed by continuous welding.
