Recently, the anchor rod automatic bundling machine independently designed by a mining product company has completed the final assembly and debugging. The equipment has been in good trial operation and can achieve the automatic bundling process of anchor rods.
It is reported that the original anchor rod bundling was done manually using simple tools, which can cause employee fatigue and pose certain safety hazards due to high work intensity. At the same time, the bundling efficiency is low and the bundling quality is not high. After conducting research, the Equipment Operation Division of the company overcame the shortcomings of existing technology and developed a fully automatic anchor bundling machine. This device can automatically straighten and thread the steel wire used for bundling, and can smooth the steel wire to prevent it from rolling. At the same time, the problem of insufficient grip on the bundled steel wire has been solved, and the tightening force of the bundling has been improved to avoid loosening and falling off of the anchor rod, effectively improving the efficiency and quality of bundling and reducing the workload of workers. Next, the company will design and manufacture a supporting transportation line and connect it with the original self-developed anchor rod production line to expand the functions of the fully automated production line, in order to better meet customer needs, improve product competitiveness, and lay the foundation for the next step of external market development.
