In the past, the use of pneumatic monorail cranes for transportation not only required a lot of people and low efficiency, but also had the disadvantage of low safety factor. The new support transporter is specially designed for handling and moving unit supports in underground working faces of coal mines. It has a compact structure, high flexibility and excellent safety performance. Through the close combination of the handling mechanism and the gantry mechanism, and the telescopic function of the arm, the transporter can quickly and safely complete the movement of the support, and can also complete tasks with high construction difficulty such as reverse hoisting of pipelines. The lifting range of the gantry mechanism reaches 1200mm, the fork can swing 180°, the fork can be adjusted to a width of 300-1600mm, and it is also equipped with a personnel anti-approach system and a driving recorder.
"Since the use of this transporter, the movement of the unit bracket has become safer, more convenient and more efficient, which has greatly reduced the labor intensity of employees and increased work efficiency by more than 50%. The work that originally required 3 people to complete can now be easily completed by 1 person."
