At the meeting, focusing on the theme of "how to improve the comprehensive quality of political work cadres", Min Wei explained to the attending political work cadres the importance and urgency of improving their quality and ability from three aspects: "strengthening professional learning, honing solid skills", "strengthening practical exercise, taking initiative to take responsibility", and "adhering to problem orientation, improving work quality". At the meeting, Zhang Shanbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Yangcheng Coal and Electricity Company, gave a speech titled "Striving for 100 Billion RMB · Thought Leading", focusing on the entry point of "Creating a 100 Billion RMB Group, Building a Century of Energy, Political Work Cadres Need to Have Quality and Ability", elaborating in detail the important contents of the "1571" ideological and political work method, the five solid skills and seven abilities that political work cadres should possess; Huang Yue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Discipline Inspection Committee Member, and Trade Union Chairman of Yangcheng Branch, elaborated in detail on how to become an excellent political work cadre, focusing on the five consciousnesses that political work cadres in state-owned enterprises should possess. The two leaders' gentle and easy to understand teaching style won applause from everyone.
Three political work cadres from coal mines, ports, and high-end manufacturing enterprises participated in this arena competition.
