On August 12, in order to achieve the annual sales target, Shandong Shengyuan held a special meeting on sales tasks in the second half of the year. Lei Zhu, deputy general manager of Shengyuan Company, and all employees of the sales department attended the meeting.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the sales work results in the first half of the year, analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings, further clarified the work goals and measures in the second half of the year, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the key tasks in the second half of the year. The meeting pointed out that business personnel need to further strengthen the development of external markets, and promptly feedback on the work arranged and deployed by the leaders; make weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans, always establish a customer-centric service concept, respond to customer needs at any time, and ensure service quality and work efficiency.
At the meeting, the sales department employees reported on the highlights, card points, and existing problems of the work. In the discussion session, the participants actively spoke and discussed in depth how to implement the work measures in the second half of the year and how to complete the annual goals and tasks with high quality, and put forward many targeted suggestions and opinions.
