The lithium battery monorail crane, officially named the explosion-proof lithium battery monorail crane, uses a lithium iron phosphate battery as its underground power source. It features a large transport volume, strong climbing ability, good automatic speed regulation performance, strong adaptability, and stable safety performance. It is also environmentally friendly, making it a product with broad usage prospects. The crane consists of a cab, drive unit, electro-hydraulic control device, lithium battery power supply, lifting beam, and other key components. Shengyuan currently offers five models of the monorail crane: 4-drive, 6-drive, 8-drive, 10-drive, and 12-drive, which can be customized according to different working conditions to meet diverse needs.
The drive part uses a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency speed regulation motor with an efficiency of up to 94%. Each motor has an independent protection function, and the standard speed sensor enables closed-loop control, making speed and torque control more accurate. The rotary sensor in the integrated machine can detect the speed even if the monorail crane is not running, comprehensively assessing the locomotive speed by reading the rotary speed value and providing speed protection, according to the company's technical staff.
Through extensive research and experiments, the company has optimized the torque closed-loop control mode, which allows for setting the number of input drive motors and handling motor failures without stopping. The torque closed-loop control ensures safety on slopes and resolves issues related to running on partial slopes. To maintain consistent motor output and reduce uneven output and track distortion caused by friction wheel wear, motor current synchronization is controlled within 10% to ensure balance. Additionally, in downhill or decelerating braking conditions, the monorail crane can trigger an energy recovery function to increase endurance further. The crane is also equipped with an authorized key switch and a safety wireless remote control transmitter and receiver, with a remote control distance of 80 meters, ensuring convenience and safety during operation.
