Technical features
1. This equipment adopts a new full-digital control technology and is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC). It can realize automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic unloading and counting, and display the preset, cut quantity and historical cutting quantity through text.
2. The signal is transmitted through the photoelectric switch, and the cutting tolerance is small. The electromagnet positioning is convenient and simple.
3. The feeding guide port is designed to make threading easier and more convenient. The guard is a lock link, which is convenient for replacing the V-belt and cutting disc.
4. It has an automatic unloading function, which can automatically drop the cut anchor line.
5. The feeding speed is fast and the feeding is continuous. It can be started and stopped manually, automatically and remotely. The switch buttons and relays of electrical products are of Chint brand, Siemens PLC and text are of Xinjie brand, and the transmission motor is a national standard motor.
