Structural characteristics of mining hoses
Inner rubber layer: usually made of special synthetic rubber, with excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance. This layer is in direct contact with the transmitted liquid or gas and needs to have good corrosion resistance.
Skeleton reinforcement layer: generally made of steel wire braiding or winding, providing the strength and pressure bearing capacity of the hose. This layer determines the pressure resistance level and pulse performance of the hose.
Outer rubber layer: protects the skeleton reinforcement layer from external physical damage, and has certain weather resistance and wear resistance, extending the service life of the hose.
Implementation standards of mining hoses
Coal safety certification: All mining hoses need to pass coal safety certification (MT standard certification) to ensure that their quality and safety meet the strict requirements of the mining industry.
International and domestic standards: such as GB/T10544-03 standard, DIN20023, SAE100R9~13, etc., to ensure that the hose meets the engineering needs.
