2. Pre stressed anchor rod: An anchor rod that is prestressed and enhances its anchoring effect through pre applied tension. It is commonly used in structures that require improved initial support capacity.
3. Friction type anchor rod: It mainly relies on the frictional force between the anchor rod body and the borehole wall for anchoring, and is usually used in soil layers or loose rock layers.
4. Mortar anchor rod: A bonded anchor rod with cement mortar and fast hardening cement mortar as anchoring agents, widely used in various engineering projects, providing reliable anchoring performance.
5. Resin anchor rod: A bonded anchor rod with resin as the anchoring agent, which has good bonding performance and rapid solidification characteristics, and is suitable for various geological conditions.
6. Seam type anchor rod: an anchor rod that exerts anchoring effect by forcefully pushing a thin-walled steel pipe with longitudinal slits into a hole smaller than its outer diameter, relying on the radial pressure of the steel pipe on the hole wall to generate resistance.
7. Temporary anchor rods: Anchor rods that do not meet the standard of equivalent service life for the main project and are only required to function during the construction period or specific stages of the project. Their function is generally not considered under normal operating conditions of the project.
In addition, there are system anchor rods and random anchor rods, the former arranged according to the overall stability requirements of the rock mass, and the latter arranged to prevent local collapse or sliding.
When selecting the appropriate type of anchor rod, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as geological conditions, design requirements, construction environment, and economy of the project.
